LoboTrack has a permanent Free plan — not a trial with an expiry date — and several paid plans, billed monthly or yearly. What you buy is not "the account": it is licenses assigned to people, and that nuance explains almost every question on this page.
What changes between plans
Every plan sends and measures the same way: open and click tracking, lists and unsubscribes work identically on Free and on paid. What changes are the limits and two properties:
| Free plan | Paid plans | |
|---|---|---|
| Watermark | Includes a watermark at the footer | No watermark (invisible pixel) |
| Emails per day | Tight cap | Larger caps, depending on the plan |
| Emails with attachments per day | Tight cap | Larger caps, depending on the plan |
| Linked mail accounts | One | Several, depending on the plan |
| Support | Basic | Priority |
The exact numbers for each plan are always up to date in Settings › Plans inside the application, along with the prices (VAT is added at checkout). Your consumption and when each quota renews is shown in Settings › License and limits.
The license, not the account
In an account with several members, the paid plan is split into licenses: inviting someone is not giving them a license. Whoever has a license assigned sends under the plan's conditions; whoever does not, sends under the Free plan — watermark included — even if the account has a paid plan.
Licenses are assigned by the owner or an administrator from the application, and they are also the only ones who can buy or change the plan: other members see the catalog, but with no purchase buttons.
Gmail's limits are separate
On top of the plan quotas, Gmail imposes its own limits on each mailbox: 500 is the usual daily limit allowed on Gmail accounts. If you need more volume, each sending account can go out through your own SMTP server instead of Gmail, without spending that quota; how to set it up is covered in Connect your Gmail account.
If a send exceeds your quota
Nothing is lost: the extension warns you before sending ("you need X · you have Y left"), the first messages go out and the rest stays pending. The campaign shows as "Interrupted" and resumes without duplicating anything: emails already sent are never repeated.
